Job summary

Anchor Group Services in Hednesford is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join the site cleaning team. You will carry out cleaning tasks to a high standard with attention to detail and flexibility to cover shifts as required.

Working hours are Thursdays and Fridays, 9:30–11:30 (4 hours weekly), at PIB Hednesford. The role pays £13.85 per hour and may require a DBS check. Training and wellbeing resources are provided through Anchor Academy and other benefits.

Qualifications

• COSHH understanding required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Flexibility to cover shifts as and when required.
• Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work.
• Access to Anchor Academy training courses.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning of designated areas to the site specification.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste correctly.
• Attend to spillages promptly to ensure site safety.
• Follow H&S and COSHH regulations.
• Use site-specific equipment and handle chemicals safely.
• Provide superb customer service to on-site clients.
