NHS Western Isles invites applications for Public Dental Officer, a permanent post based at the Western Isles Dental Centre on the Isle of Lewis. The role covers PDS and GDS care with potential work in domiciliary, hospital and care home settings, supported by a multidisciplinary team.

The post offers 37.5 hours per week, with on-call commitments and attractive allowances including Distant Islands, Remote Areas, Recruitment & Retention, and annual leave of up to 33 days plus 8 holidays.

Qualifications

• Clinical skills to provide a broad range of dental treatments in PDS/GDS settings.
• Ability to work in domiciliary, hospital and care home environments.

Responsibilities
