Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain high standards of cleanliness across public walkways, corridors and staff areas within our client site. The role involves working 5 variable days over 7, from 2pm to 6pm, with a focus on safety and customer service.

You will refresh toilets and kitchenettes, assist with dishwashing duties, and respond promptly to spillages in line with daily schedules. A personable, confident approach and good health and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Front of house or customer service experience preferred.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
• Personable and confident with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in corridors, lift landings, and public walkways during site hours.
• Liaise with the client’s daily operational lead to address spillages or debris and follow a set schedule.
• Work safely around the public and staff to ensure a secure environment.
• Duties include refreshing toilets, refreshing kitchenettes, loading/unloading dishwashers, and reactive cleaning to spillages.
