Hilton London Metropole is seeking Public Area Cleaners to maintain pristine public spaces, ensuring guests enjoy a spotless environment across corridors, lobbies and guest areas. You will be part of a dynamic hotel cleaning team, operating in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, good teamwork, and strict adherence to health and safety protocols. Flexible hours and some weekend work are available, with full on-site training and opportunities for progression

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality cleaning preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks.
• A positive, can-do attitude with good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated public areas such as corridors, lifts, lobbies and reception areas.
• Perform cleaning tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow health and safety protocols and COSHH guidelines.
• Report maintenance problems, safety hazards and injuries promptly.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet cleanliness goals.
• Follow supervisor instructions on schedules and tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by keeping public areas presentable.
