Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated Public Area Cleaner at the DoubleTree by Hilton Leeds City Centre. You will keep the hotel lobby, public toilets and bedroom areas sparkling, with a strong focus on first impressions for guests.

You will work flexible shifts across 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with training opportunities and rewards as part of our team. The role offers a £24,784.50 annual salary (£12.71/hour) for 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a standard of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas (lobby, corridors, toilets) to a high standard.
• Ensure guest areas are welcoming and spotless at all times.
• Assist with quick turnarounds and respond to cleanliness requests as needed.
• Support other hotel sections as required to maintain hygiene standards.

Does attention to detail come naturally to you? In this role you’ll be out and about in our public areas ensuring they are sparkling clean for our guests.

Customer service is key, interacting with guests throughout the day as you make the hotel lobby, public toilets, and bedroom lobby’s look welcoming and clean. You will have high standards in terms of cleanliness and strive to make first impressions count.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about keeping our public areas in pristine condition and can work independently to make them ready for our guests at any time of the day.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
