SHIFT PATTERN (40 hours, 5 days per week)

About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair within the Housekeeping Department in London, the Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining MOHG standards of quality, cleanliness, and maintenance in all public areas of the hotel and residences.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing duties related to cleanliness, appearance, and maintenance of public areas, storages, hotel exterior, corridors, staff welfare areas, and offices.
• Achieving standards of cleanliness, product presentation, and customer care to create a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and colleagues.
• Providing high-standard service to guests and residents, anticipating their needs while complying with MOHG and LQA quality standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, totaling 40 hours per week.
