Job summary

Marston’s is recruiting Waiting team members to deliver warm, friendly service in our pubs. You’ll be the face of the pub, taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences with a genuine welcome.

Whether you’re new to hospitality or experienced, you’ll be supported to develop your skills, with flexible or part-time hours and opportunities to progress across pubs, hotels and support centres within the Marston’s network.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable personality with a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy pub environment.
• Good communication and a genuinely helpful manner.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and drinks while upselling where appropriate.
• Provide brilliant customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support the wider team and assist with wherever needed.
• Develop people, marketing and operational skills while being paid.
• Look for progression opportunities within the pub network.
