Eltham GPO in Greater London is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to join our busy pub kitchen. You will confidently step up when the Head Chef isn't there, oversee prep, lead the team during service and help keep every plate to spec in a fast-paced environment near Kennington Tube.

We offer 25-30 hours per week with a rate of £14.50 per hour (experience-dependent). Enjoy a friendly team, a varied menu including burgers, pub classics and a Sunday roast, and generous pub-wide discounts and perks.

Responsabilidades

• Our Sous Chef will confidently step up whenever the Head Chef isn't there. It's a key role in the kitchen, making sure service runs smoothly, dishes are prepared to spec, due diligence is completed, and the team stays organised and focused.
