Job summary

The Packhorse Deputy Manager role at Royal Holloway Students' Union offers exciting leadership in a fast-paced hospitality venue. Based at The Packhorse Pub, you will support the Packhorse Manager, drive customer service excellence, and help steer operations during busy periods.

You will lead, train and develop the venue team, ensure compliance and health and safety, and contribute to promotions and events that boost business performance. Hours are 35 per week, with occasional evening work.
