Pub Manager

As our Pub Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Plough & Harrow, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for all our patrons. You will manage a talented team, uphold and improve service standards, and handle stock and inventory efficiently while influencing our product range. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and take charge of organising exciting events that engage our community.

Hours of Work: Full-time, flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Salary: Competitive salary of £30,000 per year.

Pub Manager Requirements:

1. Proven experience in pub management, ideally within a real ale setting.
2. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
3. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to maintaining a top-notch customer experience.
