Qualifications

• Fixed residence within reasonable travelling distance.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to the required spec.
• Operate kitchen work stations and maintain cleanliness.
• Work as part of a team to meet time and quality targets.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, health and safety standards.
• Assist with kitchen clean-downs and stock rotation.
• Complete inductions and training as required.
