Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a Pub & Grill Team Member in Bury, United Kingdom. You’ll act as the engine of the shift, delivering a brilliant guest experience in the Pub and Grill, while confidently supporting other Food and Beverage departments when the hotel is busy.

You’ll take pride in your bar, know the drinks and menus inside out, and uphold flawless hygiene standards. You’ll resolve guest issues on the spot and look for opportunities to upsell to boost guest satisfaction and profitability.

The Flexible Service: Delivering a brilliant experience primarily in the Pub and Grill, but confidently floating across other Food and Beverage departments to support your colleagues when the hotel gets busy.

The Atmosphere & Standards: Taking huge pride in your bar. You know that prepping your section, understanding the drinks and food menus inside out, and maintaining flawless hygiene standards are the foundations of a smooth shift.

The Commercial Drive: Treating every interaction as a chance to add value. You resolve issues swiftly on the spot and naturally suggest that extra side dish or premium drink, boosting both our guest satisfaction scores and the overall profitability of the hotel.
