Village Hotels in Warrington is seeking a Pub & Grill Team Member to be the engine of the shift, delivering a brilliant guest experience while flexibly supporting other Food & Beverage teams when the hotel is busy.

Responsibilities

• The Flexible Service: Delivering a brilliant experience primarily in the Pub and Grill, but confidently floating across other Food and Beverage departments to support your colleagues when the hotel gets busy.
• The Atmosphere & Standards: Maintaining pride in your bar, understanding drinks and food menus, and upholding high hygiene standards.
• The Commercial Drive: Interacting to add value, resolving issues on the spot, and suggesting extras to boost guest satisfaction and profitability.
