Urban - Bra_209 in the United Kingdom is seeking a General Manager to build a warm, successful pub where teams thrive and customers feel welcome. You will lead by example, drive sales with the management team, recruit and develop staff, and uphold brand standards and safety across daily operations.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, mentoring your team, and ensuring the venue runs smoothly. A personal license may be required or pursued as part of the role.

Competenze

• Very high standards and attention to detail in all aspects of the day-to-day running of a pub.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide the team.
• Business savvy with a keen eye for P&L control.
• Desirable: prior General Manager experience in hospitality, retail, or a fast-paced setting.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
