Job summary

The Sir Daniel Arms in Swindon is seeking floor staff to join a friendly team. No experience is required as full training is provided by J D Wetherspoon, a UK Top Employer with award-winning programmes. You’ll learn to serve food and drinks, keep standards high, and deliver excellent customer service.

Flexible shifts cover mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes. We offer a competitive hourly rate (£12.81), a free meal and a drink when working, 20% discount on food, drinks and hotel

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, friendly and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare and serve drinks to spec, at the bar or via app.
• Deliver food to customers and clear tables within targets.
• Provide friendly customer interactions and upsell promotions.
• Be knowledgeable about ongoing promotions and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across all areas.
