Job summary

The Sir Daniel Arms in Swindon is looking for a Cleaner to join our friendly team. You will help keep the pub spotless across all areas, supporting an excellent customer experience with high cleanliness standards.

No experience is needed as full training is provided through our award-winning programme. Shifts are flexible, including mornings, evenings and weekends, with about 8 hours per week and a competitive rate.

Qualifications

• No experience required; good attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning all pub areas to high standards: customer areas, toilets, bar, kitchen, and staff areas.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks per SOPs.
• Follow safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Monitor supplies and notify manager when reordering is needed.
• Report maintenance and pest issues to the on-duty manager.
• Interact politely with customers and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Complete inductions and ongoing refresher training.
