Responsibilities

• maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the pub including customer areas, toilets, bar and back areas
• following daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks and standard operating procedures
• using cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly and safely
• managing supplies and notifying the manager when restocking is needed
• interacting politely with customers and assisting colleagues as part of a team
• completing induction and ongoing refresher training
