Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager to be at the heart of the management team, ensuring the smooth running of a busy pub. You will lead by example to ensure customers and teams have a great time, upholding brand standards and safety during every shift.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional experiences, leading people, and driving training and development across the team.

• Experience leading a team in a busy hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to busy shifts.
