Greene King in Cheltenham is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub leadership team. You will help run the busy site, lead by example, and ensure customers and the team have a great time.

You’ll support the General Manager, drive brand standards, train staff, and maintain safety. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing daily operations in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pub leadership.
• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Ability to train and develop a team while upholding brand standards.
