The Great Decoy in Andover is hiring a Pub Assistant to join our friendly team. You’ll help in the kitchen, assist front-of-house staff, and ensure guests enjoy a warm, welcoming experience in our pub.

This role blends kitchen porter duties with hospitality duties, offering learning opportunities, regular days off, and potential growth within the Chickpea Group. Salary ranges from £8.20 to £13 per hour, depending on age and experience, with both full-time and part-time options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming atmosphere for guests as part of a busy team.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.
• Help keep the pub running smoothly, supporting kitchen and front-of-house teams.
