Here at Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) we have exciting developments and opportunities lined up over the next few years. We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed to work as PTS Non-Emergency Ambulance Controller within PTS Logistics.

This is a fixed term role covering maternity leave and is due to end 31.03.26.

Main duties of the job

The role will require you to work to agreed objectives, to assist with the delivery of contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Working with the aid of a computerised scheduling system the post holders will be responsible for scheduling patient transport requests to ambulance resources on the day of travel.

The ability to communicate on all levels is essential and the successful applicant must be able to work on their own or as part of a team and use their own initiative.
