Job summary

ESSENTIAL EMPLOYMENT LTD in Mapperley is seeking a part-time School Cleaner to join our team on a temporary basis. You will clean classrooms, offices, staff rooms and communal areas to a high standard.

The role involves vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitising desks, toilets and changing areas, replenishing consumables, and handling waste. An Enhanced DBS check is required prior to appointment.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning in educational or domestic environments.

• Clean classrooms, offices, staff rooms and communal areas.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
• Dust, wipe and sanitise desks, tables, furniture and touch points.
• Clean and disinfect toilets, washrooms and changing areas.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet rolls and paper towels.
• Clean doors, windows, glass partitions and internal surfaces as required.
• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to agreed standards and schedules.
• Enhanced DBS check required prior to appointment.
