Job Description

Location: 315 Hartford Tpke, Shrewsbury, MA 01545

Hours Vary: 22:30 - 3:30, Monday Through Friday

Job Summary

This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. Provides effective leadership and cultivates positive relationships across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
  • Facilitates training with new and current employees.
  • Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures, complying with departmental, station, corporate, and local regulations.
  • Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Establishes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing involvement, communication, cooperation, and continuous improvement.
  • Implements personal development plans for staff to promote professional growth.
  • Provides orientation, skills, and safety training, along with regular evaluations and coaching.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
  • Availability for flexible shifts, five days per week
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Management experience (preferred)
