Primary Purpose:

Ensure department appearance, quality, safety, and food safety standards are maintained. Support Hannaford strategy, build customer relations, and promote enthusiastic customer awareness.

Qualifications:

• Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lb. regularly, 75 lb. on occasion.
• Reach shoulder level or above while lifting 30 lbs.
• Stand and walk continuously.
• Meet activity standards for the department.
• Frequent bending, reaching, grasping, and lifting produce.
• Handle various substances related to cleaning, packaging, and food products.
• Work in cold temperatures for up to 20 minutes.
