  • Ensure all areas are clean, stocked, and maintained to the highest standards at all times.
Food and Beverage Service
  • Support daily operations of the bar and lounge, delivering excellent service.
  • Prepare and serve quick-preparation food and beverage options to a high standard.

  • Assist with court bookings, equipment hire, and general service delivery.
  • Handle feedback and resolve issues professionally, ensuring follow-up where required.
  • Support the planning and delivery of member events and activities to build community engagement.

Shift Availability and Flexibility
  • Reliability and consistency are critical. The role requires regular afternoon and evening shifts (typically 2pm–10pm) and flexibility to support peak periods, including weekends and events.
  • Willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the club and provide cover when needed is highly valued.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality, leisure, or sport.
  • Confident, personable, and comfortable building relationships with a wide range of people.
