What's involved with this role:

You will provide a range of service specific business and administrative support services to make sure Directorate needs are met in line with the Cabinet’s vision, priorities and values.

Good telephone manners are essential as you will be answering a public telephone advice line.

Key duties:
  • Contribute to identifying and implementing business process improvements.
  • Handle inquiries, including technical queries, in accordance with service procedures and protocols.
  • Collate and prepare management information as required.
  • Provide administrative support to officers responsible for building maintenance, repairs, and security.
  • Offer confidential administrative and secretarial support, including arranging meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
