Outcomes First Group is seeking a Psychotherapist or Psychologist Practitioner to join Bankside College within our education network. You will deliver psychological assessments and interventions for students facing developmental trauma, neurodiversity, or SEMH needs, with support from a clinical supervisor and Lead Clinician.

Essential Criteria

• Professional qualification as a Psychologist (HCPC registered) or recognized qualification as a Psychotherapist (Level 7 or above).
• Registered member of one or more professional bodies (e.g., HCPC, BACP, UKCP).
• Relevant experience working with similar client groups.
• Strong communication skills, especially in multi-disciplinary settings.
• Ability to develop and deliver training to various audiences.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
