Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Psychotherapist or Psychologist Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary clinical team across UK sites. You will deliver psychological assessments and interventions for students with developmental trauma, neurodivergence or SEMH needs, in collaboration with education colleagues.

You will manage a psychology caseload with supervision from a designated Lead Clinician, contribute to school development and staff training, and maintain a person-centred approach

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Psychologist or Level 7+ Psychotherapist.
• Experience with similar client groups in education setting.
• Strong communication in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and neurodiversity.

Your Role

As a Psychotherapist or Psychologist Practitioner, you will:

• Collaborate with the education team to deliver psychological assessments and interventions for students with developmental trauma, neurodivergence, or SEMH needs.
• Manage a psychological/psychotherapy caseload with the support of a designated clinical supervisor and Lead Clinician.
• Contribute to school development, staff training, and consultations as needed.
• Maintain a person-centered, empowering approach, ensuring students are at the forefront of everything we do.

Essential Criteria

• Professional qualification as a Psychologist (HCPC registered) or recognized qualification as a Psychotherapist (Level 7 or above).
• Registered member of HCPC, BACP, BABCP, PTUK, NCPC, or UKCP.
• Relevant experience working with similar client groups.
• Strong communication skills and experience in multi-disciplinary settings.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and neurodiversity.
• Ability to develop clinical intervention plans and deliver training.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
