Salary: Up to £52,500 FTE DOE
Hours: Part-Time, 22.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent – Term Time only
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist to join our developing Clinical Team based at Wessex Lodge School.
In this role, you will work collaboratively to deliver assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex communication needs, autism, and associated learning and emotional needs.
You will implement a holistic, therapeutic approach to help our pupils in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy. You will undertake all aspects of clinical duties, including specialist assessments, interventions, and documentation such as reports. A significant part of this role involves working with the onsite clinical team to develop clinical services, including providing support and training to staff and parents.
Our multidisciplinary Clinical Team maintains a nurturing environment where pupils can flourish, always prioritizing their well-being. All settings uphold a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring pupils are heard, respected, and involved in decisions affecting them whenever possible.
