Qualifications

Job Title: Psychotherapist

Location: Heath Farm School – Kent TN27 0AX


Salary: £41,338 - £52,000 FTE DOE


Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Part-Time also considered)


Contract: Permanent – Term Time only


About the role

We are looking for an experienced Psychotherapist to join our developing Clinical Team based at Heath Farm School.


You will work collaboratively to deliver assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex communication needs, autism, and associated learning and emotional needs. You will implement a holistic, therapeutic approach, ensuring pupils are safe, comfortable, and healthy. Your duties include conducting assessments, interventions, and preparing reports, along with supporting and training staff and parents.


Our multidisciplinary Clinical Team maintains a nurturing environment, prioritizing safeguarding and involving pupils in decisions affecting them. We aim for excellence in supporting our pupils and building their futures.

Essential Criteria
