Job Description:

Protocol Education is looking for caring, supportive, and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) who have experience working with pupils either in small groups or on a one-to-one basis. We are recruiting for LSAs to work in primary schools based in Bexley and surrounding areas.

If you have experience as a Teaching Assistant or a Learning Support Assistant supporting children with SEND or providing general classroom support, please get in contact and apply!

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to work well within a team
  • Passion for working with children with SEND
  • Patience and understanding
  • Availability to start as soon as possible
  • Experience providing 1:1 support
  • Ability to support children in achieving therapy targets
  • Availability for at least 3 days per week
  • Ability to work with the class teacher
