Start date: September 2025
Hours: 8.30am - 4pm approximately
Salary: £19,500 - £22,500

Psychology Teaching Assistant - responsibilities

As a Psychology Teaching Assistant, you will work on a 1:1 basis with primary pupils who have learning difficulties such as autism, dyslexia and/or ADHD.

Your role will involve:

* Providing 1:1 and small group support to students in the classroom - mainly English and Maths support.
* Assisting with the implementation of EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans).
* Supporting pupils with emotional difficulties.
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborating with external practitioners to support pupils in their therapy sessions.
* Encouraging independence and confidence in students.

Psychology Teaching Assistant - the school:

Psychology Teaching Assistant - requirements:
