Role Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging Psychology lessons to A-Level students, aligned with examination board specifications.
  • Create lesson plans incorporating psychological theories, research methods, and applications.
  • Facilitate student-led research, debates, and presentations to promote inquiry and communication skills.
  • Assess student progress through assignments and exams, providing constructive feedback.
  • Help develop and update the Psychology curriculum based on current research and best practices.
  • Organize extracurricular activities like psychology clubs, guest speakers, and competitions.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong Psychology background.
