Psychology Teacher – Outstanding School – Surrey

An Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary school in Surrey requires a passionate and knowledgeable Psychology Teacher to join their thriving department. This is a full-time, permanent position, primarily teaching Key Stages 4 and 5. The school is committed to providing students with a rigorous and engaging introduction to the fascinating world of psychology.

Responsibilities:

The successful Psychology Teacher will plan and deliver stimulating and challenging lessons that explore a wide range of topics, including cognitive, social, developmental, and biological psychology. You will prepare students for success in Psychology examinations (e.g., GCSE, A-Level), foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and an understanding of ethical issues. Assessing student progress and contributing to the Psychology curriculum are key duties for this Psychology Teacher role.

Requirements:

Proven experience teaching Psychology at the secondary level (Key Stages 4 and 5) is essential.
