Role Overview:

Delivering engaging lessons in Psychology across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (ages 14-18), with a focus on developing critical thinking, understanding human behaviour, and psychological theories.

Collaborating with a highly regarded Psychology Teacher department to develop and share best practices, ensuring high standards of teaching.
*

Designing, assessing, and adapting Psychology lessons to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring inclusivity and engagement.

Key Requirements:

Qualified Psychology Teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
*

Strong subject knowledge in Psychology, including both theoretical concepts and practical applications, with a passion for teaching.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills, with the ability to inspire students to explore and engage with the subject of Psychology.
*

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.
