Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Psychology to join our thriving Psychology department in a sixth form college in Richmond, starting in April 2025.

About the Psychology Department:

The Psychology department is a collaborative team passionate about exploring the human mind and behaviour. We offer a stimulating curriculum covering biological, cognitive, social, and developmental psychology, encouraging research, experiments, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Teach Psychology at A Level, inspiring students and fostering understanding of human behaviour and mental processes.
  2. Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons catering to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  3. Support students preparing for their A Level Psychology examinations.
  4. Guide students in independent research and coursework, developing their critical thinking skills.
