A thriving secondary school in Salisbury is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join its high-performing department this September. Role Overview:

Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in Psychology across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (ages 14–18), fostering critical thinking and a deep understanding of psychological theories and human behaviour.

Work collaboratively within a highly respected Psychology department, sharing best practice and supporting continuous improvement.

Plan and adapt lessons to meet the varied needs of students, ensuring inclusivity, challenge, and progress for all.

Provide guidance and support to help students achieve their full academic potential in Psychology.

Key Requirements:

Qualified Psychology Teacher with QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification).
*

Strong subject knowledge in Psychology, including both theoretical and applied aspects, with a genuine enthusiasm for teaching.
