Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging Psychology lessons across the relevant Key Stages.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student attainment and progress.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical discussion, research, and analysis within Psychology.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the department and across the school.
• Contribute to the development of the Psychology curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
