The opportunity: anzuk is currently recruiting for a well-performing Independent Secondary School based in the Ealing area. This role would continue on an ongoing basis, should all parties agree. The school is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and experienced Psychology Teacher who is ready and eager to drive and promote Psychology across Key Stages 3, 4 & 5 while upholding and fostering their core values. The school offers staff leadership coaching and a comprehensive professional development plan, making it an ideal choice for experienced Psychology Teachers.

Salary: Paid to Scale

The role of Psychology Teacher
  • Teach Psychology to Key Stages 3, 4 & 5
  • Lead the development of resources, syllabuses, schemes of work, marking policies, assessment, teaching, and learning strategies for the department
  • Support the leadership team in achieving agreed goals for the department
  • Promote the school's visions, values, and ethos
  • Contribute to maintaining and elevating standards across the academy
  • Stay updated with national teaching practices and department-specific developments
  • Contribute to broader school activities
  • Communicate effectively with other department members
