This is a fantastic opportunity for a psychology graduate or undergraduate to gain valuable experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN). As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support Autistic children in a primary school setting, helping them engage with the curriculum and develop social, emotional, and communication skills. You will work closely with SENCo staff and class teachers, providing tailored support and implementing individualised learning strategies.

The school seeks an undergraduate with a background in psychology or a related field who is passionate about working with children with SEN. Patience, understanding, and empathy are essential, along with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt approaches to meet individual pupils’ needs.
