Position: Clinical Teaching Assistant - Psychology or Criminology Graduate

Location: Cambridge

Salary: 460 - 500 per week

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver 1:1 and group support to children and young adults with SEMH challenges
  • Help implement tailored interventions focused on emotional regulation and behaviour management
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, and multi-disciplinary teams to foster a safe and supportive environment
  • Use your psychology and criminology knowledge to inform your approach to student needs
  • Track and monitor student progress, recording key developments
  • Build strong, trusting relationships that encourage personal growth and achievement

Who We're Looking For:

  • Persons with a degree in Psychology or Criminology, or a related field
  • Passionate individuals eager to support children and young adults with SEMH needs
  • Excellent communicators who can work independently and collaboratively
  • Compassionate, resilient, and proactive professionals
  • Previous experience in SEN or SEMH settings is a plus but not essential
  • Ability to commute to Cambridge
