Are you a psychology graduate about to finish your degree?

Looking to build your CV and gain hands-on experience working with young people?

Are you passionate about supporting students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs?

Aspire People are seeking enthusiastic and motivated psychology graduates to work in secondary schools as teaching assistants, behaviour mentors, and learning support assistants. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain relevant experience before pursuing a career in psychology, education, mental health, or social work.
