Five Education are seeking caring Psychology Graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in Oxfordshire. You will support children with additional needs, helping them engage with learning and build confidence in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in Psychology or a related discipline.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils meet EHCP targets.
• Promote communication, social interaction and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt lessons for diverse needs.
