About the Role:

• Supporting high-needs children in EYFS and KS1, many of whom are pre-verbal or have limited social communication
• Providing one-on-one tutoring and therapeutic classroom support in line with EHCP targets
• Assisting with behaviour strategies and emotional regulation interventions
• Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs and therapists to support academic and social development
• Supporting with progress monitoring and daily routines in a nurturing classroom environment

What We're Looking For:

• A recent Psychology graduate or similar discipline
• Passion for working with children with autism, communication needs, or social/emotional challenges
• Some experience in education, care, or youth work is beneficial
• Empathy, resilience, and excellent communication skills
