A secondary school in Wandsworth is seeking a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges.

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant youll work closely with the schools SEN and pastoral teams supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis. This includes helping pupils with emotional regulation behaviour management and confidence building.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs
• Assisting with wellbeing interventions and mentoring programmes
• Working alongside the SENDCo and external professionals
• Helping staff maintain a calm structured learning environment
