Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire
Salary: £90 to £115 per day
Start Date: ASAP

Are you a Psychology Graduate or Sports graduate looking for a career in the education sector?

GSL Education are supporting an SEN School and Alternative Provision in Hull and are seeking a number of Psychology Graduates to help the client school support young people and children with special education needs.

Ideally, you should be comfortable supporting the delivery of creative and engaging curriculums. You should be an empathetic and understanding Teaching Assistant, who is patient and comfortable to manage complexities associated to Special Educational Needs, such as social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH) and ADHD.

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a BSc Psychology Degree or be in your second or third year of university.
  • Have a keen interest to work in the education sector, specifically supporting people with additional needs.
  • Be enthusiastic, motivated and driven by students progress and success.
  • Have an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS, registered on the update service (or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education).
