Job summary

KPI Education is seeking Psychology graduates to join our team of Teaching Assistants in Bradford, BD1/BD2 on a flexible supply basis. You will support pupils during lessons, work with individuals or small groups, and help create a calm, engaging classroom environment. This role offers exposure to various schools and potential longer-term opportunities.

Earn £100–£130 per day, with Monday–Friday options and the possibility of progression into longer-term or full-time roles within schools.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in working with children and young people.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Patient, approachable and adaptable in classroom settings.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils during lessons and independent activities.
• Work with individuals or small groups needing additional support.
• Help pupils overcome barriers to learning and engage positively in class.
• Assist teachers in creating a calm, productive learning environment.
