Some pupils will display more challenging behaviour and the school will be able to train you in suitable interventions and approaches. As part of the child’s support team, you will work closely with the school’s SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and senior management team, as well as outside agencies including therapists, healthcare professionals, and CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services).
