Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Pay: £90 to £110 per day (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a dedicated Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Redhill primary school. This role is ideal for graduates keen to gain practical classroom experience, especially those considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, or child development.
A graduate in Psychology (or a related subject)
Previous child-related experience (nursery, school, youth work, tutoring, childcare)
A Teaching Assistant who is empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting children
Someone reliable, proactive, and confident working both 1:1 and with groups
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Assisting teachers with engaging lessons and learning interventions
Helping children with social, emotional, or behavioural needs to thrive in the classroom
Encouraging positive learning habits, resilience, and self-confidence
Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
A supportive and welcoming Redhill school environment
