Overview

Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant — Full-time and part-time roles available in Camden primary & SEND schools.

Responsibilities
  • Work with pupils on a 1 to 1 basis during the school day. Pupils will range in age from 5 to 11 years old and may have identified behaviour, SEMH, SEN including ASD needs requiring support on a full-time basis.
  • Support pupils in the classroom, in specialist mentoring sessions and during some break times.
  • Receive training in suitable interventions and approaches for pupils with challenging behaviour.
  • Collaborate with the school\'s SENCO and senior management team, as well as outside agencies including therapists, healthcare professionals and CAMHS.
